ChatheroAI Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Before joining the Chathero AI Affiliate Program, please review these essential terms:

• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in deceptive practices, including false advertising and customer deception.
• Paid ads that directly compete with Chathero AI's marketing efforts are not allowed.
• Misrepresenting an affiliation with Chathero AI is prohibited.
• Creating websites specifically for promoting Chathero AI requires approval.
• We don’t partner with coupon, bargain, or cashback websites.
• You may be credited for a referral without a referral link or code in some cases.
• Inactivity for 6 months or violating terms may lead to account termination.
• We can revise the Affiliate Program terms as needed.
• Commissions are paid via PayPal with a $200 minimum payout threshold.

Enrollment & Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
• We may accept or deny any application at our discretion.
• Affiliates must promote Chathero AI ethically and lawfully.
• Usage of explicit, violent, or hateful content in promotions is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates cannot claim self-referrals or refer immediate family or their own companies.
• Misleading or unethical promotional tactics are strictly prohibited.
• Bidding on branded terms or phrases implying available coupons or discounts is not allowed.

Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited license to use Chathero AI's branding for promotion.
• All rights to Chathero AI's intellectual property are retained by the company.

Support & Communication

If you've referred a customer but they haven't used your referral link or code, contact us with evidence, and we’ll assist you. We’re here to support your success and ensure a profitable partnership!

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to promote Chathero AI ethically, lawfully, and professionally. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing approved promotional materials and adhering to our branding guidelines.
• Avoiding misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
• Updating promotional content to reflect current and accurate information about Chathero AI.
• Abstaining from creating websites or domains that mimic or misrepresent an affiliation with Chathero AI without prior approval.

Commission Structure and Payment

Affiliates earn a 30% commission for 12 months on all qualified referrals. Detailed terms include:

• Commissions are earned from qualified referrals who purchase a Chathero AI subscription.
• Commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal.
• Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.
• The minimum payout threshold is €200; commissions below this amount will accrue in the affiliate’s account.
• Accounts inactive for 6 months with a balance of €200 or less will be deleted, and the balance forfeited.
• Payouts are issued after the approval of reported commissions, following a standard verification process.

Limitation of Liability

• Chathero AI offers no warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages related to the Affiliate Program.

Term and Termination

• These terms are effective upon the affiliate’s acceptance and remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Termination:

• Affiliates can terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to Chathero AI.
• Chathero AI reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for violation of these terms or engagement in prohibited activities.

Effect of Termination:

• Upon termination, the affiliate is ineligible to earn future commissions.
• Unpaid commissions earned prior to termination that are below the $200 threshold will be forfeited.

Modifications and Amendments

• We may modify these terms at any time; continued participation implies acceptance of new terms.
• Chathero AI reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Chathero AI and affiliates are independent contractors without any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
